AboutSuzanne Molloy

Suzanne grew up in Asheville and returned twenty years ago to raise her family in our thriving city and beautiful mountains. She has over thirty years of professional experience in real estate, construction, city planning and development. Her passion and knowledge of our area, technical and communication skills, and involvement in local volunteer organizations provide her clients with a valued perspective on the area and the many diverse communities which make Asheville such a great place to live, work, and play. Suzanne holds a professional engineering, general contractor, and real estate brokerage licenses. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering and soil science. She recently served as President of Friends of Connect Buncombe. Personal interests: running, the arts, traveling, languages, Asheville’s Downtown, gardening, exchange programs, greenway and trail development, parks and recreation, and enjoying life in Asheville with her wonderful husband and three children. 

In 2003, she affiliated with Keller Williams Professionals as she found them to be a highly professional firm, which also offered the resources of a nationwide company. Ms. Molloy believes that she can set a high standard of ethics and quality for her clients working with Keller Williams. Putting her clients’ needs and desires first, her goal is to provide responsive, innovative services, excellent choices, and education to help them make wise decisions about selling and buying properties to fit their investment needs, hobbies, interests, and lifestyle.
